IDIQ contracts are government–awarded, multi-year, facility specific projects. DSB has completed numerous government, federal and state contracts including but not limited to indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ), multiple award task order contract (MATOC), job order contract (JOC), multiple award construction company (MACC) and simplified acquisition for base engineering (SABER) contracts throughout the Western Region of the United States.

DSB Construction was founded in 2001 when the owners started a small family business to instill the value of hard work into their family’s daily values. DSB Construction has grown in size and scope while maintaining values of professionalism, integrity and service. DSB Construction treats its customers like family, bringing experience that spans over 30 years, and provides quality construction on-time, within budget, and according to the specifications, the first time.
DSB Construction is a fully-licensed, insured and bonded general contracting firm which maintains a highly–skilled staff of project managers and craftsmen, while utilizing professional engineers.
